Composition and the Elements of Visual Design

Now that you've learned more about the elements of art and design, it's time to use them in your photographs. Practice taking pictures in which you include lines, texture, color, shapes, and space.

Choose three of the design elements and submit one photograph for each element that shows your use of that element. Insert the photographs into word processing file with your answers to the questions below. For each of the three photographs, answer the following question:

1. What element is used in the photograph?
