Petroleum supplies in the united states

are so plentiful that americans can use them without worrying about ever running out

are evenly distributed throughout the united states

are especially plentiful in hawaii, but environmental interests have stopped any drilling

are concentrated in several locations, including off the shores of california and the gulf of mexico

I'm not entirely sure about this one but If I had to guess I would choose D because by use of elimination you would know that Petroleum will run out, so it is not A. B isn't correct either because it is not evenly distributed throughout the country either. That leaves us with C and D. Hawaii does not have an abundant supply of oil like Petroleum. D makes the most sense because California and Texas are part of the top crude oil producing states in the country. Go with D.
