There isn't really anything on TV, and radios only have domestic broadcasts. On a night-time satellite image, one could see that there is light, but it is really only in the region of where their government is located. Although instead of using internet, they have a nationwide intranet providing emails and websites that are completely closed off/separate compared to the rest of the world's information.
