Explanation:  It is a process operated by Hadley cells, which is nothing but atmospheric circulation made up of air rising in the Equator region up to 30 degrees latitude. The air raised in this way flows 10 to 15 kilometres above Earth's surface, and then the air mass descends near subtropical landscapes. It then returns to the tropics and descends also near the Earth's surface. The atmospheric circulation created in this way creates trade winds, tropical hurricanes, as well as tropical rain zones, then subtropical deserts, etc. What drives such atmospheric circulation in the belt, from the Equator to 30 degrees latitude, is the uneven solar energy on the Earth's surface, which is largest around the Equator due to the known angle at which sunlight and energy reach the Earth. Thus, the aforementioned processes guided by Hadley's cells are in fact atmospheric processes in the belt on either side around the Equator, where these cells act from either side of the Equator to a latitude of 30 degrees.
