Little help, please? Reflexive Commands

When giving a command with reflexive verbs, one can only use the tu, nous and vous forms of the verbs.
- Speaking to one person informally, use the tu form.
- Speaking to one person formally, use the vous form.
- Speaking to a group that doesn’t include yourself, use the vous form.
- Speaking to a group that includes yourself, use the nous form.

Reflexive verbs that belong to the -er family will lose the final s when using the tu form.
When the command is affirmative, the reflexive pronoun comes after the verb with a hyphen.
The reflexive pronoun te becomes toi when used affirmatively. When the command is negative, the reflexive pronoun comes between ne and the verb.
