i respect all human faults because to me those mistakes and the ability to recognize them are what makes us human. yet there is one exception to this, one aggressive and passionate emotion able to blind and make humans act rather inhuman. that human fault is hate. hate is a strong emotion of passionate dislike that at high levels can be greatly destructive. this emotion is usually brought on by the bitterness of envy or emotional pain such as betrayal, unappreciation, emptiness, and humiliation. terrifying amounts of hate have brought about the worst and most unforgettable events in human history. our past historical massacres and tragedies have all always revolved around hate. for example the notorious german nazi leader adolf hitler was a great speaker who used his words to create the hate that fueled the holocaust during world war ii. the holocaust was the german nazi genocide attempt of the jewish population, the event remains as one of the most heart wrenching in our human history. although hate can be used positively as motivation to accomplish or defend oneself, holding onto it for too long usually leads to negative outcomes. hate also isn't always this obvious or extreme and sadly still exists in our world. today hate still divides humans as it is expressed in more subtle ways other than war like bullying and racism. hate is popular because it is so much easier to be bitter and ignorant than to be understanding and tolerant. i believe hate is the worst human fault because unlike the rest it destroys and consumes our humanity.
