Well I would say D, because

Where to put your thesis...Well that will always go at the beginning, as is the nature of a thesis

Whether to support your claims, although you will be able to get away with that if your audience is young, that is very grimy, and definitely not going to be the answer, as school should encourage you to always do that anyways 

In what order to present your ideas, well you should always put the most compelling evidence first,

whereas appropriate examples, you are not exactly going to be using drinking alcohol as an example for a article aimed at kids, just like you are not going to use video games as an example for a article for older people, so this is obviously the most dependent on your target audience, making the answer D
