Emotions is the topic I'm writing about

Why do you have emotions? Why do some people bury their emotions, and Why do scared to express their emotions. Well the reason why is that emotions are set by two main thing your heart and your mind and emotions goes by both ways using your heart and your mind. Your heart can feel this way and your mind can feel another way, that how emotion works. Moreover, emotions part a major part in everyone life people hide them away, so they will not get hurt by the people they care about or not wanting to make up something they have good going on.  Therefore, emotions are and is an risk thing to express and show, but it also good to show and express them as well.

Emotion can be angry, sadness, happiness, and so on, but everyday not every emotion show for example let say you set on your mind on a sunny morning before school this will be an good day. Then someone said something rude that upset and you were around other people now feeling down in the dumps, but you say to herself I'm not going to cry, but her heart feel like it was shattered in parts and the blood feels like it boiling up inside you. This is the mind and heart emotions playing their role in the situation, your mind can tell you hold on let it go and your heart can gosh that really hurt I just want to cry out. Moreover, you feel the rush inside you wanting to let it go and forget ever happened, so you control yourself and tell yourself it is not even worth it because it wasn't and just let your emotions slide. This is the right way to control your emotions and know why to gain back control.

Lastly, emotions can be your best friends or your worse nightmare pinning on how you show and express them. You can express you like someone or something by treat them or it right like if you like plants know to water them and give them sunlight. If you like someone know what their favorite things, listen to them, and be there when need. Emotion are a helping hand to show that you are there and will be to listen to their every word no matter what.

Explanation: In my childhood, I was so innocent. I didn't realize the world was like this, so cruel and mocking. I never realized the abuse I was going through, and still am, until I got older. I thought it was normal, just like everyone else had to go through. My childhood was different, I suffered physical and mental abuse at such a young age. To anyone going through this, you aren't alone.
