Although Lady Macbeth was a big influence over Macbeth and his contemplation to kill King Duncan, his ego played a part as well which we see when Malcolm (Prince of Cumberlands) addresses him as the Thane of Cawdor and he is immediately offended because he feels like he is better than him. Do you believe it’s good to make decisions based on your ego? Explain why or why not.
