Successful people are able to create a team environment where everyone establishes a fair, safe, productive, and harmonious rhythm with one another. An effective strategy to create this setting is by establishing “group norms.” These are basically rules, cultural agreements, behaviors, and actions, etc. that everyone in the group agrees to abide by at all times. a) If you were leading a team right now, what would be your top 3-4 norms that you would want to pitch to your groupmates?
