Comprehension Fact, Opinion and Fiction
FACT: A fact is something that is true. It can be proven to be true.
Ex.: Trinidad is an island.
The capital of Trinidad is Port of Spain.
A rabbit is a herbivore.
OPINION: An opinion is what someone thinks or feel about something or
someone.
Example: I love strawberry ice cream.
We all love to do Science.
FICTION: A fiction is a fairy tale. It is not real.
Example: The snake spoke to Noel.

Write -Fact, Opinion or Fiction next to each sentence.

Explanation: 1: Green is not everyone's favorite color. 2: Barbados is a Caribbean Country. 3: It's well known that Plants need air, sunlight and water to make food for there survival. 4: Mermaids aren't real. And lastly 5: Everyone who is over the age of let's say around 2 knows or mostly knows that you need money to buy something.

the choice that is not a technique that you should use to come up with ideas for the topic of a research project is, writing about academic subjects that are not interesting to you. this does not belong to the techniques to come up with ideas because having no interest in a certain topic will lose your drive to come up with better ideas. it gives no room for improvement and acquiring of new ideas and information.
