There is too much traffic in the city. what do you think the authorities should do about it?

Wow! This is a pretty novel question but I think a way to reduce traffic in cities would probably be to make bus lanes. Or authorities could also build trains like in other cities. It would be way faster, could potentially make a lot of money, and could save time and give the traffic a rest.
