failing grade for the assignment. Terry is extremely upset because he worked hard to
try to
complete the assignment correctly. He quickly finds his laptop, logs into his email, and sends the
following email to his instructor:
why did get a 0 on my assignment?! i worked really hard! am just not understanding what went wrong to
get that grade and am freaking outcan u respond asap? need this grade to be changed.
