Is it important to grow trees? Ans: Trees are very important to us in various ways without it our life can't be expected. Tress provides us oxygen for breathing and to digest our food. Human beings and other animals are consumer and they can't prepare their own food so for the food we need to be dependent on producers which are plants and trees. They prevents us from many natural disasters like: soil erosion, landslide, flood, earthquake etc especially in hilly region.

Nowadays people are knowing the importance of tress but still people cut them for their own benefit. They should think that if they are cutting 1 tree then they should plant 2 trees. If we aren't using some land then we should do afforestation over there so that they can control the rainfall and the level of carbon dioxide. If we keep on doing deforestation then it will slowly lead to environmental degradation and there will be no life in our planet earth. So, many awareness organizations should be launched by our government and every week there should be awareness programmes so that people will know the importance of tress. If we will do this much then people will do afforestation instead of deforestation for our future generations and there will be life in earth for millions of years. So, it is important to grow trees not only for us but for our future generations also.
