Trees are among one of the most important plants for the animals residing in and around them, and us humans who reap the benefits they provide by being planted on earth. Trees are what we might call any plant, an autotroph. These are organisms that produce their own energy using a process called photosynthesis, where they absorb bad carbon dioxide from the air, water, and sunlight and convert it into sugar, and oxygen. The plants however don’t need the oxygen, so they give it back to us, purifying the air we breathe and ridding it of the useless gas. As autotrophs, they are the first in line for consumption but unlike many other plants, these marvelous autotrophs serve many other purposes. For one, their size makes them a great environment for a variety or wildlife and organisms providing shade, shelter, and sometimes food. In addition to this, trees can help the life living around it by providing a place for a bear to scratch its back, a way for monkeys to get around, or some coverage for a fish in a river. Ultimately, trees are most definitely necessary for ours, and many other organisms’ survival, giving many creatures a better life. This is the importance of trees.

Trees give us different fruits in different seasons like Mango, apple, banana, grapes, and orange etc.They provide us in the hot weather. They give us timber (wood) for building our houses and buildings. We get many medicines from plants like Cinchona, aconite, coriander ,digitalis ,horehound, tulsi , neem, and garlic.Wood is used by man for a number of purpose like construction of buildings, agricultural implements etc. Trees are the only source of wood. They take in carbon dioxide and give out oxygen thus making the air clean.This oxygen is needed by all living organisms. Trees also provide shelter to many animals.The roots of trees bind the soil and help it from being washed away by water or wind.They help in maintaining right temperature on Earth.To conserve the trees it is important to control DEFORESTATION. The Government is taking many steps for conserving trees. We should follow those steps in order to save the trees. These trees are the one who support life on Earth. So SAVE TREES.
