Hãy dành thời gian nhiều hơn để quan tâm đến sức khỏe, tinh thần của mình bằng cách tích cực tham gia các hoạt động xã hội, làm đẹp, tập thể dục... Chỉ khi nào bạn yêu thương, trân trọng chính mình thì bạn mới nhận được sự trân trọng của người khác.
