As a new World immigrant nation founded on business and finance, the United States has long attracted immigrants from all over the world with abundant material conditions and stable domestic environment. Communities of different races, languages and cultures co-exist apart, which is the foundation of American prosperity. The racial proportions of American society continue to change as immigration and the nation's minority population grows. The rising number of voting minorities gives them a greater voice in American democracy. This poses a dilemma for the United States: on the one hand, if American white supremacists still persist in using "Angloprotestant culture" to rationalize American racism, ethnic conflicts in the United States will inevitably intensify and the United States will deviate from the general trend of global development; On the other hand, if the U. S. government and white society allow the "Anglo Protestant culture" that many see as the "national identity" to naturally weaken, the American "mainstream society" and its values will lose their central place and leadership.
