I just transferred to a new school and they had a summer reading assignment that I’ve only got a week to do. Part of the assignment is reviewing quotes in the book. The quote I used was “ “Your father will come back young man!” She steadies her voice. “He’s alive; I can feel his heart beating inside mine.”” (From Bamboo People) next I need to tell what type of annotation it is but this part confuses me. I provided a photo of the example they gave, any help is highly appreciated!
