There are 2 types of women in this world, Career oriented and family oriented. Both women can be successful in life. It is not necessary that a women who earn is not successful in life or a women who is just a dedicated house wife is not successful. The success of a person is dependent on their own views.

If a women earns a handsome salary and does not know how to handle household chores, she can hire cook for cooking, maid for cleaning cleaning the house, laundry man for laundry and driver for driving a car for her. She is an independent women who can spend her time with her family after she is free from her work at office. It is necessary she knows the art to handle and manage work life balance. Some people will see her as most successful women while some will still criticize her that she is giving more importance to her career than her family.

On the other hand if a women is a house wife and spends all day with household chores and is able to cook delicious food, few people will encourage her choice while other will criticize her as she has not given attention to herself.
