Dear Head of IPS Consulting
This is Chairman of Una Sports
As our company is undergoing severe problems nowadays, we decided to change our CEO. Our company received three strategies from candidates to bring its golden era back.

Strategy 1 - We must give up its independence and merge with, or be taken over by, a larger, financially stronger company.
Strategy 2 - We should acquire a number of smaller companies and focus more on making sports accessories
Strategy 3- We should grow organically be revising its organization, product ranges and marketing strategy

Among these three suggestions, we decided to choose ‘Strategy 2’.
This is because to grow in a fierce market competition we need more ideas, creative thinking and make unique accessories to regain our reputation. In addition, if we acquire smaller companies, it does not mean that we are under control of the companies. We are going to discuss together about the problems that we are going through and make better solutions for our company. On the other hand, the independence. By merging with a larger and financially stronger company, we might lose our own characteristic. Furthermore,’Strategy 3’ might be a good method to make our company. However, in our opinion, rather than working alone, it is better to cooperate with other companies too. Therefore, we decided to choose ‘Strategy 2’ for our company's future.
