Do you have a well-balanced schedule between work/school, sleep, “free/fun” time, exercise, chores, etc.? If not, what are some areas in your day that you could work more on? b) Think about your dreams and goals right now (i. e. your dream career, your desire to get an “A” in your mathematics course, etc.). In that 24 hour block of time which all people are given, where can you better dedicate a block of your time to make sure you are working on those dreams and goals intentionally? c) Is this something you can dedicate yourself to actually doing from now on? If not, what holds you back from making this happen AND how can we overcome this?
