Do you have a well-balanced schedule between work/school, sleep, “free/fun” time, exercise, chores, etc.? If not, what are some areas in your day that you could work more on? b) Think about your dreams and goals right now (i. e. your dream career, your desire to get an “A” in your mathematics course, etc.).
