Yes, life is worth living if we are content with what we have. If one is not content or grateful for what we have then we will not like life. On the other hand, though, if one is content and happy with what we have then life will be worth living. If we are happy with what we have then life would be an amazing experience and we will want to live it.

Yes, life is worth living if we are content with what we have. Let me put an example: you are woman, are married and have children. But, then comes a handsome man who is more attractive than your husband and comes into your life. He woes you with words and promises, he tells you he will give you great things such as love and material possessions. You start believing in your mind “I’m not happy”, and why? Because you now think that happiness is with this man that had wooed you with beautiful words. And, until you are not with this man you are not happy. What happens? Once this man has you, he has achieved his goal. He will leave you and all those promises that he once made are like the wind; he promised falsehood. What happens next? You repent and say: “Oh my ex husband treated me better, he treated me well… I loved him. He was always loyal to me. I made a big mistake, etc.” But, it’s too late; you put your foot in and now you can’t take it out from where you placed it.

People don’t know what they have until they lose it. If people were content with what they had people wouldn’t be getting careers to have well paid jobs to gain more money. People would work normally and pay the bills with any job they could find, even if it meant minimum wage because they would be content with their salary. While people who gain careers want to gain more money than they already have. This gives the person who wants more money pain, stress, headaches and this type of person will be so indulged in their job that they will spend less time with their family, making them more miserable.
