Background: What goal has Prospero had throughout most of the play? Why might Shakespeare have wanted Prospero to give a soliloquy toward the end of the play?

In The Tempest, Prospero achieves his ultimate goals of exiting the island and regaining his kingdom without unnecessary killing, torture or deception. Both this choice, and his decision in the end to rescind his magic, allow him to morally reconcile with himself.

i would say that impartial is agreeing with something, because impartial means to treat your rivals, arguments, and reasoning equally and fair. so if you rival says something, agreeing on it means you did the impartial.
