Summary - Advantages of exercise Many of us are careful of what we eat.  Yet, we forget to commit ourselves to a regular exercise programme.   The difficulty in finding time to exercise is the usual excuse we tend to give for not exercising.

Regular exercise will help fight off the flab.  Counting calories will not be able to give that supple, well-toned body.  We still need to exercise.  More often, we lose heart because we do not see the results quickly.

Next, exercise helps to lower your cholesterol level.  Activities such as walking, running, cycling or swimming are good for the body.

People who exercise are able to sleep better.  They feel more relaxed.  Too often, we use the excuse of being “too tired” to get up and exercise.  Do not give in to the lazy feeling.

In fact, a workout can make you feel better.  You will be able to enjoy increased energy levels.  So, start exercising today.  You will wonder why you did not start sooner!
