One day, a crab and his mother were resting by a pond when the mother happened to ask her son why he always walked sideways. She said to him that it is important to walk proud and straight just like all the other creatures. Upon hearing this, the young crab agreed to walk straight and asked his mother to demonstrate how to walk correctly, so that he could follow her. The mother crab tried walking straight several times, but all her attempts were futile, so at last, she gave up and apologized to her son for being judgmental.
