If the world as a whole was black and white

If the world was always the darkest lit night

Would you keep me around and hold me close

Would you still love me and call me your "rose"

If I were helplessly sadly breaking

If I were uncontrollably shaking

Would you still stay and stick around

Or would you leave me hopeless on the ground
