If you found a genie in a lamp and had 3 wishes, what would they be?

my tree wishes would be..1. to be happy all the time 2. live in a nice home 3. and have a relationship that would last forever.

§ The second wish would be for lifelong luck, always escaping the horrible with ease §

§ The third wouldn't be wealth, who needs wealth if you have luck? You could get a scratch ticket and win big on it with the luck, so I'd wish for the ability to become a ghost at will, seeing spirits, being able to float, and only appearing as a whisp of air or nothing at all but being able to switch back in the blink of an eye §
