Why do you feel the Nazi party targeted the court system and the educational system first

The Nazi party wanted to be able to have control over influences in the lives of many. Having said that, the educational system had the power and access to young minds not yet fully developed, meaning the Nazi's could teach their ways to the youth of society. The court system gave them the ability to convict those "guilty" of crimes against the Nazi's. Meaning they had the power to arrest whom they wanted and hand out sentences of punishment as they pleased. Making it easier to have absolute power and control over society, as well as the ability to force their ways onto members of said society.
