Write a poem, bc why not? i'm in the mood for a challenge, here's mine. Nightmares in disguise

Sun sleeping, moon awakens.
Drifting to dreams.
Peace.
Perfect fantasies, arising to continue the bed ridden slumber.
All wishes granted.
Every desire, prayer, answered.
Excitement, happiness, love.
The sunrises, moon sleeps.
Struggling to wake.
Eyes plastered shut, by fear of reality.
The dreams amplifying.
A dark lurking feeling grows.
The beings in my dreams becoming monsters.
The shadows dark and haunting, sleep arrests me.
Every joy caves in on me, turns on me.
How could this be?
Could dreams be our nightmares in disguise?
Our wishes being granted, an everlasting tranquility.
Dreams capture our deepest desires.
Our secrets revealed.
Each revolting, showing how evil they are.
Betrayal in their hearts, portraying how my selfish desires betrayed others.
Caught in a nightmare, painted to please the eye.

Sleep vanishes.

Eyes open.
Cold sweat coats the skin.
The next moon arises.
Fear of sleep.
Lying awake in the darkness, watching shadows creep
Never sleeping again.
