Using two characters from "Animal Farm," student(s) will establish a debatable claim about the characters based off of
details and inferences that have been picked up from the past chapters. The student(s) will then support their
debatable claim by providing text evidence and will question their claim to identify the flaws, assumptions and
counterarguments that could be made. Each character should have:
- 1 debatable claim
- 2 pieces of text evidence (quote, dialogue, reference to paragraph, etc)
- 2 questions (identifying flaws with claim, assumptions claim has made, or counterarguments to the claim)
