PLS HELP ASAP
Michelle is a supervisor at a company. She has to leave work early and give oral instructions for her employee, John, about the security procedures and how to lock up the building for the night when he leaves work. Here is her draft of the instructions:
The alarm code is 18795. First, check the Sign In/Sign Out book to see if all guests have signed out and left the building. If all guests are signed out, then you may complete the following building security check. Lock the front doors. Next, walk through the building. Check that all windows are closed and that the building is empty. If windows are locked, good. After checking the front doors, check the back doors and lock them. Go to the switches for the elevators and lights and set them to night mode. Lastly, exit the building and set the alarm by using the code.
What does Michelle do well at in her instructions, and how do you think she can improve it? Explain using specific examples and details, and make recommendations.
