Can someone please help me with these questions TKAM Close Reading and Analyzing Text Ch 1-5

Read each of the following questions. Answer them completely. This will help you prepare for the Ch 1-5 Test.

1.In reference to Calpurnia, Scout says, “Our battles were epic and one-sided” and “I had felt her tyrannical presence as long as I could remember.” (6)
a. What images do the words “epic battles” bring to mind?

b. How is Harper Lee’s (the author) word choice above more effective than simply saying, “We had a lot of big fights, and I always lost.”
