Write a poem or a diary entry about the events Aunt Chloe describes in the poem, but from another point of view such as a Southerner (Reb) or a Yankee teacher who went to the South to help former slaves learn to read. Your poem doesn't have to rhyme and it must have at least five stanzas. If you write a diary entry, it must be at least 3 paragraphs long. This will count as a TEST grade. BE CREATIVE!!
