Is a prison still a prison if its pleasant? ?

Not really because whats the point of a prison if its pleasant. get what i mean 

Hello! Some prisons are high-security prisons, and do not have any "fun activities." However, there are few who allow tv's or other items in the cells, as well as having nicer rooms. They do this to make sure that when they leave prison they keep their rooms as clean as they were in prison, and make them want to create a better lifestyle.
