If i have read this correctly it would be b because if you fill out an interest card at a collage fair the main questions are would you like to know more about scholarships we offer, when they are having open houses where you can tour the campus etc.. and, if you want more info on the colleges activities they ask if you'd like to be added to their mailing list.
