I have tried and tried to get him to get up and actually work but he keeps putting it off saying things like “Quit worrying so much, i'll get it done tonight.” or “Don't worry, i’ll work extra hard tomorrow” then doesn't do anything the next day and this has been going on all week and it’s really irritating me. Without his contribution I cannot finish the project and i'm kindly asking you to talk to him about his work ethics. It would be much appreciated. When I am working on my part, he is usually on his phone, or just not doing anything at all.
