The option A and C represent examples of weak thesis because the first one is just a simple affirmation with little chance of argument, and the third one is too general, it doesn't say in which way technology is bad or who is the population of the study. The second and fourth option are strong thesis because they are about specific subjects that can be argued to prove them right or wrong.
