What claim does wiesel develop in this paragraph?
of course, indifference can be tempting—more than that, seductive. it is so much
easier to look away from victims. it is so much easier to avoid such rude
interruptions to our work, our dreams, our hopes. it is, after all, awkward,
troublesome, to be involved in another person's pain and despair. yet, for the
person who is indifferent, his or her neighbor are of no consequence. and,
therefore, their lives are meaningless. their hidden or even visible anguish is of no interest. indifference reduces the other to an abstraction.
— elie wiesel, "the perils of indifference," delivered april 12, 1999,
washington, d. c.
a. although indifference is an easy pitfall, it is inhuman.
b. victims need to come forward and speak up for themselves.
c. it is wrong to treat people with rude manners.
d. it is difficult to return to work after being interrupted.

Ireally need on this i will name you brainliest if you . mr. frost's book reveals a disease which is eating into the vitals of our new england life, at least in its rural communities. what is there in the hard, vigorous climate of these states which plants the seeds of degeneration? is the violence and ugliness of their religious belief the cause of these twisted and tortured lives? have the sane, full-blooded men all been drafted away to the cities, or the west, leaving behind only feeble remainders of a once fine stock? mr. frost's is not the kindly new england of whittier, nor the humorous and sensible one of lowell; it is a latter-day new england, where a civilization is decaying to give place to another and very different one. based on what you have read in “a servant to servants,” do you agree with lowell’s analysis? cite evidence and examples from the poem to support your response of at least 150 words.

Read the excerpt from act 3, scene 1, of julius caesar. servant. thus, brutus, did my master bid me kneel. thus did mark antony bid me fall down, and, being prostrate, thus he bade me say. "brutus is noble, wise, valiant, and honest. caesar was mighty, bold, royal, and loving. say i love brutus, and i honour him. say i feared caesar, honoured him, and loved him. if brutus will vouchsafe that antony may safely come to him and be resolved how caesar hath deserved to lie in death, mark antony shall not love caesar dead so well as brutus living, but will follow the fortunes and affairs of noble brutus thorough the hazards of this untrod state with all true faith.” so says my master antony

Take the following paragraph and write two separate paragraphs based on it. be sure to properly cite both parenthetically (don’t worry about a works cited) using this: (henderson). 1.) the first paragraph should contain a direct quote from the provided paragraph (the paragraph below). 2.) the second paragraph should contain a paraphrase of the provided information (the paragraph below). trees are in that they provide clean air. trees take in harmful gases from the air such as carbon dioxide, which is what people exhale from their lungs, and turn it into oxygen, which is what we inhale. they complete this process through photosynthesis, which requires carbon dioxide and then releases oxygen. without trees acting as nature's natural filter, the air would quickly become unbreathable to humans.
