 The parts of an  essay that are also used in a speech are the introduction, the claim and the conclusion.  Both, an essay and a speech are part of the discourse, which is the presentation of language in its entirety with the perfoming of an intellectual claim in a particular area. The introduction presents the main idea, the claim are the argument and ideas, and the conclusion is the final part, the closing.

for this, you need to remember something significant in your own life, for example, if you were bullied when you were younger, you can mention your memories on this and touch on how such treatment can harm other kids your age either physically or mentally. (racism, car crashes, a parent in the hospital are all very good subjects, think hard on it! )
