Why you should research a potential employer before actively seeking employment.

One good reason to do this would be to become acquainted with the job market, according to your interests and objectives, and form a solid and educated image of what are the employment offers that actually are available currently. It would also help you, once you start actively searching for a job, to be specific about what you want and what you can offer to an employer correlating both your interests and the employer´s needs.
