The disciples were sad when Jesus died

Judas- the disciple that betrayed Jesus and led to his death
Peter- Denied Jesus three times when he was taken to be killed

Overall the disciples didnt understand why Jesus has to die when he explained it to them at the Last Supper. So they didnt want him to go and felt grieved and angry when Jesus was seized by those who killed him .
