In module 1, you set a health goal for yourself.

write your health goal in a positive manner.
write your plan of action. you must have at least three specific steps. (a. b. c.)
write the time frame.
write about your progress toward your goal.
write about any obstacles you've encountered and ways to overcome them.

My goal is to lose 5kg and tone my body.

For this, I took three actions:

1- I sought professional help from a nutritionist for healthy food planning.

2- I changed my eating habits

3 - I enrolled in a gym

The appropriate timeframe for achieving my goal is six months.

So far I have managed to achieve 50% of my goal. The biggest drawback has been overcoming my desire to eat sweets. To overcome this vontate, when it occurs, I have opted for a sweet-tasting fruit. I put a banana in the microwave with a little cinnamon and that satisfies me.
