Amicably settling arguments will bring about a peaceful resolution of the issue.

Explanation:

Arguments may turn god or bad, depending on the approaches of the people involved. But, the preferable procedure that anyone will chose is and will always be a peaceful resolution of the issue. It can be truly said that everyone wants a problem to be solved peacefully. But if things don't get resolved peacefully, the only option is violence, which no one wants, at least not intentionally.

If there is a way t solve arguments amicably, not only will it benefit the parties involved, but it will also save the relationship of those people. They can solve things peacefully, thereby giving them anther chance at having a relationship, be it business or professional or personal. It will ensure the trust and dependence of each other, making it a safe and a win-win situation for everyone.
