All of this strengthens the brain and enhances an individual's cognitive ability, making it easier for him to deal with information in real life, because his brain will be very well trained. This allows the individual to become more intelligent, practical and strategic for the most diverse situations in real life.

In addition, video games can stimulate physical movement, which also promotes benefits to the brain, leaving it more capable and active, ready to deal with several challenges. Thus, we can conclude that videosgames have beneficial results in the body, especially when used in a progressive way and without exaggeration.
