First of all, do you know if she likes you or not?

Second, find out what she likes. Does she seem to like extravagant things? Make a big banner or something to ask her out. Does she seem to like things blunt? Just straight out ask her. More on the shy side? Pass her a note or ask her when she's comfortable.

I had one of my guy friends ask me out and he did it so weird to the point where I felt bad for him and we went out. I always regretted it. If you like her and you are brave then you can ask her out but don't be weird about it aka: "Hey I like you wanna go out?" give her time. like: "Hey I like you and you don't have to say anything back I just thought I should let you know". Dont make her feel like she needs to go out with you and if you are under 16 go with a group of people bc it will be less awkward for both of you and do something fun that you would both enjoy.
