Descriptive Writing: Describe moving from a stressful place to a peaceful one. 350 to 450 words.​

Moving from a stressful place to a peaceful one is a process that requires patience, and understanding and the will to keep going. Being stressful is some times caused by people, work, mental illnesses, or even sounds though it is something we all deal with differently. A way someone finds peace can be very different than yours but it doesn’t make it any less important. Finding peace is something we all need time to work up to. I believe peace is found in self care and enjoying a break once in a while when everything gets too much. Usually the things that put me in a stressful place is being overwhelmed with assignments and dead lines. Something that helps me out of that stress into a nice peaceful place is taking a moment to breathe and closing my laptop getting a drink of water and sitting down outside just watching the sky and breathing.
