Read each example of irony from the short story "Harrison Bergeron" by Kurt Vonnegut. Explain which type of irony each example is and why in full sentences. 1.“Gee — I could tell that one was a doozy,” said Hazel.
“You can say that again,” said George.
“Gee — ” said Hazel, “I could tell that one was a doozy.”

2.At the end of the story, Hazel Bergeron is crying and when her husband asks why, she says “I forget... Something real sad on television.”

Strong people are handicapped with heavy weights, but they keep "outgrowing" the handicaps.
