Well, I think this is an answer that should come from your own childhood memories, but I'll tell you one of mine to help! See, when I was younger we had this tree at my grandparents house, it was a persimmon tree. These trees basically grow these little fruits every year and note that they are edible but they don't taste great in my opinion. Anyways, so my grandpa had me try one of the persimmons, he told me that they tasted just like brownies. So of course I tasted it, and to no surprise, they did not taste like brownies. They had a slimy texture and tasted like a rotten peach with a mix of cinnamon. Long story short, don't taste random fruits off trees that supposedly taste like brownies!
