We know that Juliet shouldn't be as happy as she seems. Well it reminds us that a notable death just happened that won't have a happy effect.

2. Juliet now feels that the nurse has gone against her and isn't on her side anymore. The bind between Juliet and the nurse weakens as a result of the nurses' mistake. Juliet grows to dislike the nurse more and more as time goes by with this thought in her head. She is loyal but gets hurt and she cannot stand when someone whom she has trusted all her life goes against her and hurts her even more than she has been.
