Side note--
Although Beowulf had come through the Anglo-Saxon tradition as a pagan story, it was recorded by a Christian society. The person or people who wrote the story down, probably working in a monastery, made a point to include Christian values, especially in the character of the hero Beowulf. Beowulf represents Christianity as he, a good man, struggles against Grendel, an evil monster, and ultimately triumphs.
When you read Beowulf, keep in mind the mixture of pagan and Christian values and the way the language reflects both the oral tradition and the Old English in which the poem was written.

I attached the photo of the section of the story please help me I would really appreciate it I'll give 30 points.
